PULLOUT TEST

At the site it is often seen that doing the tensile test on the anchors becomes very important. IQRA provides qualified personnel to perform the tests, which are carried out using HYDRAJAWS M2050 PRO that is calibrated regularly. The anchors are then tested on site in the presence of the customer, according to specific requirements in terms of load to be achieved and the number of anchors to be tested. After the tests are completed a report containing the test data and results is provided.
* Determine the failure load of anchor or verification of supporting resistance of anchorage - by loading tests ( stress test )
* Tests carried out with perfectly-calibrated test equipment and by competent and trained personnel.
* Check the structural strength of the anchoring system or base material.

WITH Hydrajaws M2050 Mid-Heavy Duty Fixing Testers enable engineers to confirm the holding power of anchors in most construction materials, either for the purpose of establishing safe working loads or to validate the correct installation of existing fixings. The tensile load of up to 50kN is applied to the fixing mechanically and hydraulics are used to register the load through an accurate digital gauge, making the tester very reliable. The load spreading bridge keeps reaction loads away from the fixing. Fixings up to M16 may be located directly in the tester, while a variety of adaptors enable a wide range of other types and sizes to be tested.
